So, these should be extracted by proper filtration before gas passes chemical treatments and pumps – compressors.     We create our natural gas filter with specific parameters of compressed air like flow rate, line size, operating pressure, operating temperature, and filtration rating. We offer natural gas filter with Aluminium, CS, and SS housings. Our natural gas filter elements are made of various filter materials like paper, synthetic, polyester, pp, coalescing, borosilicate glass fiber, activated carbon, non-woven, stainless steel wire mesh, sintered bronze, sintered wire mesh, and sintered powder.
    And even after cleaning the raw natural gas as per the industry standards, the operations used for transportation in pipelines (pumps) may add liquid contaminants that needs to be extracted again. The impurities that this fuel gas holds in its natural form has adverse impact on its operative efficiency and thus must be eliminated. Various technology and processes are available as a perfect solution for refining untreated, heavily contaminated natural gas from underground sources into the clean, safe, secure fuel gas required for power generation.
    • MS – Moisture Separator: For the removal of 99% of bulk oil/water removal from the natural gas.
    • SB – Pre Filtration: Sintered bronze filter elements for removal of pipe scales, bulk liquid, solid p[articles, dust down 5 microns. This filter elements available in 5, 10, 25 and above microns.
    • PF – High Efficiency Fine Filter:For the removal of particles down to 1 micron including coalesced liquid water and oil, dust, providing a maximum remaining oil aerosol content of 0.5 mg/m³ at 21 °C.
    • UF – High Efficiency Oil Removal Filtration:For the removal of particles down to 0.01 micron including oil aerosols, dust, providing a maximum remaining oil aerosol content of 0.01 mg/m³ (0.01 ppm) at 21 °C efficiency – 99.99% (install in series with filter type PF). [Borosilicate glass microfibers – filter media which actively repel oil to reduce pressure drop and running cost to an absolute minimum.]
    • AC – Activated Carbon Filtration:For the removal of vapor and hydro carbon odors giving a maximum remaining oil content of  <0.003 mg/m³ (<0.003 ppm) (excluding methane) at 21 °C (install in series with filter type PF + UF).
