    Poorly treated compressed air can contaminate control valves and cause the seals to swell and damage prematurely. Compressed air often contains dust, dirt, rust, moisture, and other harmful substances and thus filtration is necessary.

    The air enters on one side and goes through the filter element, where all dust, water, or oil is collected. The clean air then leaves the filter housing on the other side. We build compressed air filters with specific compressed air parameters including flow rate(quantity), line thickness, operating pressure, operating temperature, and filtration efficiency (compressed air purity). We provide Aluminium, CS, and SS housings in our manufactured compressed air filters. We offer our Compressed air filter elements created from different filter materials like paper, synthetic, polyester, pp, coalescing, borosilicate glass fiber, activated carbon, HDPE, non-woven, stainless steel wire mesh, sintered bronze, sintered wire mesh, and sintered powder.

    • MS – Moisture Separator:For the removal of 99% of bulk oil/water removal from the compressed air.
    • SB – Pre Filtration: Sintered bronze filter elements for removal of pipe scales, bulk liquid, solid p[articles, dust down 5 microns. This filter elements available in 5, 10, 25 and above microns.
    • PF – High Efficiency Fine Filter: For the removal of particles down to 1 micron including coalesced liquid water and oil, dust, providing a maximum remaining oil aerosol content of 0.5 mg/m³ at 21 °C.UF – High Efficiency Oil Removal Filtration for the removal of particles down to 0.01 micron including oil aerosols, dust, providing a maximum remaining oil aerosol content of 0.01 mg/m³ (0.01 ppm) at 21 °C efficiency – 99.99% (install in series with filter type PF). [Borosilicate glass microfibers – filter media which actively repel oil to reduce pressure drop and running cost to an absolute minimum.]
    • AC – Activated Carbon Filtration:For the removal of vapor and hydro carbon odors giving a maximum remaining oil content of  <0.003 mg/m³ (<0.003 ppm) (excluding methane) at 21 °C (install in series with filter type PF + UF).
